Delete your Helplinn account.
You can request account deletion without keeping the app installed. These instructions apply to both service seekers and service providers.

Request deletion
Email tere@timelineentertainment.ee from the email address registered to your Helplinn account. Use the subject “Helplinn account deletion” and tell us that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.
In the app, you can also open your profile and choose Delete Account to start the email request. If you cannot access your registered email, contact us and we will help you verify ownership.
Never send your password, Smart-ID PINs or payment card details. We may need to confirm account ownership before processing a request.
What happens to your data
Account deletion removes your account and associated personal data, except information that must be retained for legal obligations or resolving outstanding transactions and disputes.
As described in our privacy policy, personal data is deleted within 30 days after account deletion. Transaction records are retained for 7 years, and anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely.
